<br />i) <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />"-' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90- 20 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING OFF-SYSTEM EXPENDITURE OF MSA FUNDS <br />FOR OLD HIGHWAY 8 SIDEWALK. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton City Council has deemed it necessary to <br />construct a sidewalk along Old Highway 8 (County State Aid Highway 77) <br />'I for pedestrian safety, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton desires to use its municipal <br />state aid funds to pay for the sidewalk, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction of said sidewalk has been approved by <br />the Commissioner of Transportation and identified in his l'ecord as <br />S.A.P. 147-020-12. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the New Brighton City <br />Council does hereby appropriate from its municipal state aid account the <br />sum of up to $250,000 for the construction of the sidewalk project and <br />requests the Commissioner of Transportation to approve this appropriation. <br /> <br />" Adopted this 13th day of March, 1990. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />M~. <br /> <br />i Finance Director/City Clerk <br /> <br />_~ (n. r2MJ~' <br /> <br />David M.
