<br />'.., <br />", <br /> <br />'! <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.90-104 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I~ <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />If <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE PAYMENT WITH RETROACTIVE PROVISIONS <br />OF PERSONS TEMPORARILY PROMOTED TO THE POSITION OF SERGEANT IN <br />, THE POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />I' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton Police Department has a need for <br />, specified police officers to be temporarily promoted to the position of sergeant; and <br /> <br />'I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such police officers should be compensated in a manner <br />I' commensurate with the position of sergeant based on their experience in that <br />position. <br /> <br />)1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of New Brighton Police <br />Department is hereby authorized to temporarily promote police officers to the <br />ji <br />position of sergeant for such periods of time as determined by the department. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that while acting in the position of sergeant, <br />police officers so designated shall be compensated at the step and <br />longevity/educational incentive rate for sergeant which corresponds to the step and <br />longevity/educational incentive rate for that particular police officer. <br />i! <br />): <br /> <br />BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 90-17 is hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 11 th day of <br /> <br />December, 1990. <br /> <br />~~J. <br /> <br />Robert J. n e, Mayor <br /> <br />....
