<br />RESOLUTION NO 90 -100 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROCEDURES FOR THE DISPOSAL OF THE INVENTORY AT <br />BRANDYWINE/PALMER DRIVE <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Whereas, the City has agreed to the sale of the Brandywine/Palmer Drive <br />liquor storesj <br /> <br />i: <br /> <br />Whereas, with the exception of the inventory, the facility and all contents <br />become the property of the new owner, Kraus-Anderson; <br /> <br />Whereas, a plan has been developed to dispose of the liquor inventory in a <br />manner intended to get the best return for the City and to comply with State <br />statutesj <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. City staff is authorized to dispose of the inventory in accordance with <br />the provisions of attachment A. <br /> <br />2.
