<br />, 'I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />06-036 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION No.'06-014 <br />REAS, the City Council of the City of New Brighton passed Resolution No. 06-014 on <br />Janu 4,2006 approving a minor subdivision; and <br /> <br /> <br />REAS, the legal descriptions in said Resolution were incorrect; and <br /> <br />EREAS, the City determined that the legal description of the parcel to be reconveyed to <br />the Sta of Minnesota for conveyance to Ramsey County is: <br /> <br />The East 5 feet of Lots 1 and 7, Block 10, Oakwood Manor Terrace Plat 3, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota ("Right of Way Parcel"); and <br /> <br />the leg description of the parcel to be held by the City of New Brighton is described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots I and 7, except the East 5 feet and all of Lot 2, Block 10, Oakwood Manor <br />Terrace Plat 3 (the "Remainder Parcel") <br /> <br />OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br /> <br />1. aragraph 5 of the Findings of Fact of Resolution No. 06-014 is hereby amended to read as <br />ollows: <br /> <br />5. A Minor subdivision application is required so that the appropriate right-of-way <br />can be conveyed to Ramsey County. The parcel to be split for conveyance to <br />Ramsey County is described as follows: The East 5 feet of Lots 1 and 7, Block 10, <br />Oakwood Manor Terrace Plat 3, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />The Remainder Parcel to be held by the City of New Brighton is described as <br />follows: Lots 1 and 7, except the East 5 feet and all of Lot 2, Block 10, Oakwood <br />Manor Terrace Plat 3 (the "Remainder Parcel") <br /> <br />Adopted th 9th day of May, 2006. <br /> <br />~~ <br />~$T~ <br /> <br />Maew S.
