OO-OJ <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR BRANDYWINE/PALMER DRIVE FACILITY. <br /> <br />f: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in February 1990 the City Council directed the City Manager <br />to respond to all inquires on the sale of the Brandywine/Palmer Drive facility; <br />and <br /> <br />:i <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a favorable offer was received from the Lloyd Engelsma 1984 <br />Family Trust; and <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a purchase agreement has been prepared and reviewed by the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council to hereby <br />accept the offer by the Lloyd Engelsma 1984 Family Trust for the purchase of <br />the Brandywine/Palmer Drive facility and authorize the Mayor and City Manager <br />to execute the purchase agreement on behalf of the City of New Brighton <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of November, 1990. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />~ <br />Robert J. / nke.
