<br />~ <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90- 087 <br /> <br />:i <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON (generally the Northwest Quadrant of 1-694 and 1-35W). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain <br />property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1 <br /> <br />'; <br /> <br />I <br />i; <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 30, Range 23, described as <br />commencing at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence North along the <br />east line of said Southeast Quarter 1194.19 feet; thence westerly, deflecting to the left <br />83 degrees 17 minutes 28 seconds, a distance of 201.93 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning of the land herein described; thence continuing westerly along said last <br />described line 352.21 feet; thence northerly, at right angles, 365.00 feet; thence <br />easterly, at right angles, a distance of 352.21 feet; thence southerly to the actual point <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />;; <br /> <br />! ~ <br />ii <br /> <br />Parcel 2 <br /> <br />;, <br /> <br />il <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 30, Range 23, described as <br />commencing at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence North along the <br />east line of said Southeast Quarter 119419 feet; thence westerly deflecting to the left <br />83 degrees 17 minutes 28 seconds, a distance of 201.93 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning of the land herein described; thence northerly at right angles, 365.00 feet; <br />thence westerly, at right angles 352.21 feet; thence northerly, at right angles, 335.00 <br />feet; thence westerly, at right angles, 241.31 feet; thence northerly, deflecting to the <br />right 100 degrees, a distance of 264.01 feet; thence westerly, deflecting to the left 100 <br />degrees, a distance of 461.55 feet; thence northeasterly along a non-tangential curve <br />concave tot he southeast having a radius of 1912.73 feet to a point on the north line of <br />said Southeast Quarter distant 908.63 feet West from the northeast corner of said <br />Southeast Quarter; thence East along said north line of the Southeast Quarter 85.53 <br />feet; thence southeasterly, deflecting to the right 45 degrees 13 minutes 36 seconds, a <br />distance of 617.67 feet; thence easterly along a tangential curve concave to the <br />northeast having a radius of 766.78 feet to the east line of the Southeast Quarter; <br />thence South along said east line 620.24 feet; thence southwesterly to the actual point <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />;; <br /> <br />i! <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that such property is located in municipalities <br />that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br />for such subdivisions can be filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision <br />of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
