<br />", <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-65 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION <br />OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT 89-13, 5TH AVENUE NW <br />RECONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 89- 42 of the City Council of <br />the City of New Brighton, adopted March 28, 1989, a date was set for a <br />Council Hearing on proposed Improvement Project 89-13, 5th Avenue NW <br />reconstruction between County Road E-2 and Old Highway 8. <br /> <br />WHEREAS ten days published notice of the hearing through two <br />weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was <br />held thereon the 25th day of April, 1989, at which time all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City I <br />of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such impr'ovement is hereby ordered as proposed subject to <br />resolution of concerns during the design and plan preparation <br />phase on retaining walls, location of sidewalks and curbing and <br />filling on private property. <br /> <br />2.
