<br />.' <br /> <br />.!:, <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89- 51 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING OFF-SYSTEM EXPENDITURE OF M.S.A. FUND <br />FOR LONG LAKE ROAD UPGRADING PROJECT. <br /> <br />~ i <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City <br />of New Brighton to participate in the cost of a construction project located <br />on (C.S.A.H.) No. 45 (Long Lake Road) within the limits of said <br />municipality, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the <br />Commissioner of Transportation and identified in his records as (S. A.
