<br />, <br /> <br />.'" , <br /> <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-28 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS AND <br />ACQUISITION PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES SECTION <br />117.042 RESPECTING DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of <br /> <br />the City of New Brighton, Minnesota (the "City"), as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recitals. <br /> <br />1.01. On December 22, 1981, the Council, acting <br /> <br />pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Chapter 472A, now codified at Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br /> <br />469.124-.134, approved and adopted Resolution No. 2542 which <br /> <br />created a development district known as Development District <br />No.1, designated the boundaries thereof, and adopted the <br />Development Program for said District. <br /> <br />1.02. The Council on April 26, 1985, acting pursuant to <br /> <br />and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 472A, now <br /> <br />codified at Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124-.134, <br /> <br />adopted Resolution No. 85-44 which modified by enlargement <br /> <br />Development District No.1, and approved and adopted a <br />Modified Development Program for said District. <br />
