Commencing at a point on the East line of Lot 75, Auditor's Subdivision No. 79, said point being 30 feet South of the South line of state Trunk Highway #100 measured at right angles; thence Southwesterly along a line 30 feet Southeasterly of and parallel with the South line of State Trunk Highway #100, a distance of 385.90 feet to the point of beginning; thence South and parallel with the East line of said Lot 75 a distance of 150.27 feet, more or less, to a point 115 feet North of the South line of said Lot 75; thence West and parallel with said South line to the Easterly right-oE-way line of State Trunk Highway #100; thence Northerly and Northeasterly along said right-of-way line to the point of beginning. 6. Commencing at a point on the East line of Lot 75, Auditor's Subdivision No. 79, said point being 30 feet South of the South line of State Highway #100 measured at right angles; thence Southwesterly along a line 30 feet Southeasterly of and parallel with the South line of State Highway #100, 103.50 feet for a point of beginning; thence continuing along said line 104.1 feet; thence South parallel to the East line of said Lot 75, 170.0 feet; thence East parallel with South line of Lot 75, 100 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of Lot 75, 199.5 feet to the point of beginning.
