Motion Carned <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Second Resolution: <br />Motion by Council Member Moore-Sykes, seconded by Council Member Burg <br />to waive the reading and adopt the attached resolution approving LP04-07, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1. Compliance with PL04-04. <br />2. A letter of credit or a performance bond is submitted covering the costs of <br />all site improvements. <br />3. Approval of a permit by the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />4. The applicant shall provide the City with copies of approved PCA storm <br />water permits prior to issuance of a Building Permit. <br />5. Approval of a Permit from the Ramsey County Department of <br />Transportation for the proposed new curb cuts on Old Highway 8. <br />6. A trail easement shall be drafted on a re-submitted site plan. <br />7. A final plat review is applied for and approved by the City Council. <br />8. A comprehensive sign plan is approved by the City Planner. <br />9. Site elevations are re-submitted and shall contain all material data <br />information to be approved by the City Planner. <br />10. Landscape plans are revised and re-submitted, subject to review and <br />approval of the City Forester. <br />11. Hydrant location is reviewed and approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />12.
