<br />Pursuant to notice thereof, a regular meeting of the New Brighton Gty Council was held
<br />Tuesday, December 14,2004, at 7:30 p.rn. in the New Brighton Council Chambers.

<br />Present: Mayor Larson; Council Members Hoffinan, Moore-Sykes, Doffing and Burg.

<br />Also Present: Matt Fulton - City Manager; Bob Jacobson - Director of Public Safety; Jeanna Troha - Asst. City

<br />Council Agenda - Approval of December 14tb Council Agenda.

<br />Mayor Larson requested that item 13 under Council Business be moved up to be the first
<br />item considered under Council Business. Also, item 7 under Council Business should be
<br />removed from consideration at this meeting as it is not timely.

<br />_pprove the agenda for December 14tb meeting, as amended.
