PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED SUSPENSION, REVOCATION, OR <br />NON RENEWAL OF TIMBER CREST APARTMENTS PROVISIONAL <br />LICENSE. <br />Public Safety Officer Paetznick provided the Council with an overview of the reasons why <br />the provisional license was being reviewed. Timbercrest Property Owner Helen Bigos was <br />present and provided her perspective on the issue. She requested leniency from the <br />Council as she works toward selling the apartment complex within the next two months. <br />The Council empathized with Mrs Bigos, but reinforced the expectations that the <br />requirements ofthe ordinance be complied with. The Council furthermore requested Mrs. <br />Bigos to meet with appropriate City staff, along with the perspective property owner to <br />ensure that the property transfer includes the expectations that ordinance provisions be <br />complied with. The Council requested staff to bring this issue back to them as necessary <br />and appropriate, if required remediation steps were not taken. <br />Motion by Kim Moore-Sykes, seconded by Ron Sweeley, to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />4 Ayes ~ 0 Nays, Motion approved. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Ron Sweely, seconded by Bruce Howard, to table this item until such time that <br />staff believes Council needs to take additional action on this provisional license, and direct <br />staffto continue providing monthly updates to the Council regarding progress being made. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion approved. <br /> <br />2. PUBLICE HEARING TO WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT RESOLUTION <br />NOS.
