He expressed that the rain and <br />I the power poles were very critical items causing the delay on this project. The last power pole was <br />removed on September 27, 2002 and the grading was done on October 1, 2002. Excel Energy is to <br />bury all the power lines yet this year. The City Council concurred with the County's <br />recommendation to finish up current work on the westerly lanes and then halt work until spring. In. <br />the Spring, 2003, the County committed to completing Phases I and II, as well as that overlay <br />project extending North of Mississippi Street to County Highway H. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nays, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Motion by Samuelson, seconded by Sweeley, to APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />ITEMS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
