AREAS 1 AND 2 SHALL BE LIMITED TO OFFICE USES <br />AND RETAIL SERVICE USES PERMITTED IN B-2 ZONE. <br />2. AREA 3 SHALL BE LIMITED TO RESIDENTIAL USES TO A <br />MAXIMUM OF 121 DWELLING UNITS. <br />3. AREA 4 AND 5 SHALL BE LIMITED TO OFFICE USES AND <br />RETAIL/SERVICES USES PERMITTED IN THE B-3 ZONE. <br />NOT MORE THAN 50% OF THE TOTAL BUILDING FLOOR <br />AREA MAYBE FOR OFFICE USES. <br />4. NW, 639 61'11 AVE. NW, 620 5TH AVE. NW, 624 5TH AVE.
