The proposal meets all minimum lot size and width code requirements. <br /> <br />Boylan was contacted by Gary Frederick, 766 6th Ave. NW, who noted this action would <br />create too small of a residential lot. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Applicant Diane Poshek said she intents to build a smaller split level home for herself. <br /> <br />Connie Slovik, 681 3rd Ave., will be purchasing the home next door and has concern the <br />home will be built within 14 ft. of their home.
