A driver's license or <br />other valid identification shall be used to determine a person's current address. <br /> <br />(3) Order the closing of business establishments anywhere within the City for the period of the <br />emergency including, but not be limited to, those selling intoxicating liquors, cereal malt <br />beverages, gasoline, or firearms. <br /> <br />(4) Designate any public street, thoroughfare, or vehicle parking areas closed to motor vehicles <br />and pedestrian traffic. <br /> <br />(5) Call upon regular 8:Ad atmiliary law enforcement agencies and organizations within or outside <br />of the City to assist in preserving and keeping the peace. <br /> <br />(6) Issue such other orders as are necessary for the protection of life and property or to bring the <br />emergency under control.
