<br />Recreation and Environmental Commission voted to adopt the ordinance
<br />amendment.
<br />Council Member Doffing reported the two dissenting votes from the plarming
<br />commission were because 10% dedication amount seemed arbitrary.

<br />waive the reading and adopt the attached amendment as drafted by the
<br />Attorney.

<br />Planning Commission voted in favor of approving the Special Use Permit 6-1; the
<br />dissenting commissioner also dissented on a previous Zoning Ordinance
