Fulton explained that materials have been mailed which <br />state the annual licensing fee procedures. The I icensing period will run 3/01/2001- <br />2/28/2002. <br /> <br />Fulton presented the modification to 200] Municipal Fee Register pertaining to multi- <br />housing rental properties. The proposed changes to the fee register accommodates the <br />costs associated with the administration of Chapter 13 as it relates to the issuance of <br />provisional licenses for multi-family facilities and the transfer of licenses. The <br />provisional Multi-Family License (semi-annual) would be $12.50/unit and the transfer <br />ownership fee will be $50.00. <br /> <br />Motion by Hoffman, seconded by Gunderman, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2001 <br />FEE REGISTER. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Announcements and Updates <br /> <br />Hoffman noted the excellent community attendance at the Neighborhood Grids meetings <br />and thanked staff for their efforts. <br /> <br />Larson commended the efforts ofthe Public Safety Department during recent residential <br />fires and noted the importance of the Thermal Imager equipment. <br /> <br />The anticipated reopening of Pike Lake Elementary School should occur in April. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />Motion by Moore-Sykes, seconded by Hoffman, to ADJOURN THE MEETING. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />~i:~ <br /> <br />Meeting was adjourned at 7:53 p.m. <br /> <br />ATT~~T;--~ ~ <br /> <br />Mar-garet A.
