John Wurtish, XceI, said Xce1 is the largest property tax payer in the <br />State, and there is an appeal for reduced property taxes. However, the proposal does not <br />affect local distribution facilities that occupy the ROW. Jacobson feels the bottom line is <br />this fee is a new tax, and expects it to be implemented also at the State level. <br /> <br />Pletscher asked if the County could instill a franchise fee.
