<br />~', -"'~ i~ <br /> <br />.~,~ : <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-112 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS AND SETTING DATE FOR <br />ASSESSMENT HEARING ON PROJECTS TO BE SPECIAL ASSESSED IN <br />1989. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following public improvement projects were ordered by <br />the City Council of the City of New Brighton at Public Improvement <br />Hearings, noticed and held as required by law. <br /> <br />Project 85-1 <br />Project 88-18 <br />Project 88-23 <br />Project 88-26 <br /> <br />Long Lake Road Upgrading <br />M.S.A. Street Rehabilitation <br />Innsbruck Estates Street and Utilities <br />Donatelle Watermain Extension <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement projects are now completed so that the <br />costs thereof can be special assessed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed is hereby <br />declared to be $594,939. 71. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer shall <br />forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed <br />for such improvements against every assessable lot, place, or <br />parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to <br />cash valuation, as provided by law and shall file a copy of such <br />proposed assessments in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br />3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessments, <br />notify the Council thereof. <br /> <br />4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessments be set for <br />October 3, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />5.
