<br />i, <br /> <br />!' <br /> <br /><: <br /> <br />~:~ . <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89--1JJL <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW <br />: BRIGHTON (generally 2617 Valley View Lane). <br /> <br />, WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain <br />': property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lots 28 and 29, Knollwood Park No.3, lying Westerly of the <br />following described line: Beginning at a point on the South line of said <br />Lot 29 distant 92 feet West of the West right-of-way line of Silver Lake <br />Road as now widened to 80 feet; thence Northeasterly to a point on the <br />Northerly line of said Lot 28 distant 50 feet Northwesterly of the West <br />right-of-way line of Silver Lake Road as widened and there terminating. <br />All in Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that is such property is located in <br />'municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that <br />municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for sub- <br />division of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such criteria has been met. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described <br />property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL A <br /> <br />All that part of Lots 28 and 29, Knollwood Park No.3, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, lying westerly of a line beginning at a point on the north- <br />easterly line of said Lot 28 distant 323 feet northwesterly of the north- <br />east corner of said Lot 28 and terminating at the most southwesterly <br />corner of said Lot 29. <br /> <br />PARCEL B <br /> <br />All that part of Lots 28 and 29, Knollwood Park No.3, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, lying easterly of a line beginning at a point on the north- <br />easterly line of said Lot 28 distant 323 feet northwesterly of the north- <br />east corner of said Lot 28 and terminating at the most southwesterly <br />corner of said Lot 29 and lying westerly of the following described line: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 29 distant 92 feet West <br />of the West right-of-way line of Silver Lake Road as now widened to 80 <br />feet; thence Northeasterly to a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 28 <br />distant 50 feet Northwesterly of the West right-of-way line of Silver Lake <br />Road as widened and there terminating. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Council of the City of <br />New Brighton approved PL-183 subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Payment of a $750 park dedication fee upon approval and recording of <br />said subdivision, <br />2. Dedication of additional right-of-way along the Valley View Lane cul- <br />de-sac to be approved by the City Engineer. <br />3.
