B7-~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PL-166, SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY <br />OF NEW BRIGHTON (183 and 177 Cleveland Avenue BE). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide <br />certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: <br /> <br />Perron Property 1: <br /> <br />The West 1/2 of the North 66 feet of the south 198 feet of the South 1/2 <br />of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest <br />1/4 and the North 10 feet of the South 132 feet of the West 1/4 of the <br />Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 33, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the South 30 feet taken for road and <br />subject to Cleveland Avenue and 1st Avenue Southeast. <br /> <br />Perron Property 2: <br /> <br />The North 10 feet of the South 132 feet of the West 1/4 of the Northwest <br />1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, subject to Cleveland Avenue, 2nd Street SE and 1st <br />Avenue SE. <br /> <br />Longnecker Property: <br /> <br />The South 132 feet except the North 10 feet of the West 1/4 of the <br />Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, subject to Cleveland Avenue, 2nd Street SE and <br />1st Avenue SE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in <br />municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that <br />municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for <br />subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described <br />property into parcels described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1 tPerron~: <br />The eas erlX 1 4.47 feet, of the south 132 feet of the West 1/4 of the <br />Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, subject to 2nd Street SE and 1st Avenue SE. <br /> <br />Parcel 2 (Longnecker): <br /> <br />Except the North 10 feet and except the easterly 164.47 feet, the south <br />132 feet of the West 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of <br />Section 33, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the <br />south 30 feet taken for road and subject to Cleveland Avenue and 1st <br />Avenue SE. <br /> <br />Parcel 3 (Longnecker): <br /> <br />The West 1/2 of the North 66 feet of the South 198 feet of the South 1/2 <br />of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest <br />1/4 and the North 10 feet except the easterly 164.47 feet of the South <br />132 feet of the West 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, <br />Section 33, Township 30, Range 20, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the <br />South 30 feet taken for road and subject to Cleveland Avenue and 1st <br />Avenue Southeast. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of December, 1987. <br /> <br />Ro~:t~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />\'r~~." ~V . <br />M~r~rlrt'- gan~ ' <br />Flna:nGe"f)ir~ctor/City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />"-- <br />
