<br />~-. .OJ <br /> <br />, -... <br /> <br />'0-- <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 87 -13 9 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGH'ION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELLING ASSESSMENTS ON CITY CWNED PROPER!'Y - AUDIT 5590 <br /> <br />Whereas, the City has levied assessments as part of the Downtown <br />Street Rehabilitation Project (86-01); <br /> <br />Whereas, included within the properties assessed are sane <br />City owned parcels; <br /> <br />Whereas, the assessments on the City owned properties need to be <br />cancelled and in lieu thereof the City will pay for these <br />properties through the overall City share for the entire project; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. The assessment of $1,578.02 on PIN 29-30-23-11-0015-1 is <br />cancelled in entirety for AUDIT 5590. <br /> <br />2. The assessment of $l,382.70 on PIN 29-30-23-11-0056-2 is <br />cancelled in entirety for AUDIT 5590 and in event this parcel <br />is later returned to the tax rolls then the anount of the <br />assessment shall be included as part of the sale. <br /> <br />3.
