<br />.~ <br /> <br />\> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- 102 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE LAKE DIANE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR A <br />PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 1987 TO NOVEMBER 1988. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />ordered Project 84-6, a lake restoration project for Lake Diane, <br />in 1984 at the request of residents living on the lake; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a special taxing district under provision of <br />Minnesota Statutes 444.16 to 444.21 was established for this <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a tax levy against the special taxing district of <br />$3,234.38 is required for a continuation of the lake restoration <br />project for the period November 1987 to November 1988, <br />consisting of: $2,000.00 bog removal with backhoe, $400.00 <br />repair parts, $600.00 electricity, and $234.38 carry-over from <br />1987. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton does hereby authorize: <br /> <br />1. The continuation of Project 84-6 for the period <br />November 1987 to November 1988. <br /> <br />2.
