I/O ,: -'W ., RESOLUTION NO. 87-82 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally 1203 - 12th Avenue NW). WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: Lots 41, 44, 45 and the North 125 feet of Lot 43, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 79, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Also that part of Lot 42 lying Southerly of the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of Lot 41. WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the. City Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: Tract A Except the West 17 feet, Lot 41, that part of Lot 42 lying Southerly of the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of Lot 41 and the North 20 feet of Lot 44, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 79, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Tract B Except the West 17 feet, the North 125 feet of Lot 43, Lot 44 except the North 20 feet and Lot 45, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 79, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
