<br />\1.','1- <br /> <br />./ <br /> <br />,1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- Rl <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally Southeast of the 5th Avenue NW <br />and County Road E2 intersection). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br />subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />TRACT A (Donatelle Tool) <br /> <br />The South 1/2 of Lot 1 and all of Lots 2 through 5 and Lots <br />26 through 30, Block 9, and vacated alley and street <br />accruing, First Addition to New Brighton. <br /> <br />North 230 feet of the West 300 feet, more or less, of that <br />part lying East of the First Addition to New Brighton, of <br />the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, <br />Township 30, Range 23. <br /> <br />TRACT B (Hypro) <br /> <br />Lots 6 through 25, Block 9, Lots 1 through 8 and Lots 23 <br />through 30, Block 12, that part of vacated 4th Street lying <br />East of the East line of 5th Avenue, vacated 4th Avenue <br />adjacent to Lots 6 through 15, Block 9 and Lots 1 through <br />8, Block 12 and vacated alleys lying in those parts of <br />Blocks 9 and 12 above described, all being in the First <br />Addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County, MInnesota. <br /> <br />The West 300 feet of that part of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, <br />Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying East <br />of the East line of vacated 4th Avenue in the plat of FIRST <br />ADDITION TO NEW BRIGHTON and lying North of the Easterly <br />extension of the South line of Lot 8, Block 12, First <br />Addition to New Brighton, except the North 230 feet <br />thereof. <br /> <br />TRACT C (City of New Brighton) <br /> <br />Vacated street and alley accruing and North 1/2 of Lot 1, <br />Block 9, First Addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br />ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before <br />such subdivisions can be filed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code <br />provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain, <br />criteria can be met; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria <br />has been met. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of <br />the above described property into parcels described as follows: <br />
