\1.','1- ./ ,1 RESOLUTION NO. 87- Rl STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally Southeast of the 5th Avenue NW and County Road E2 intersection). WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: TRACT A (Donatelle Tool) The South 1/2 of Lot 1 and all of Lots 2 through 5 and Lots 26 through 30, Block 9, and vacated alley and street accruing, First Addition to New Brighton. North 230 feet of the West 300 feet, more or less, of that part lying East of the First Addition to New Brighton, of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23. TRACT B (Hypro) Lots 6 through 25, Block 9, Lots 1 through 8 and Lots 23 through 30, Block 12, that part of vacated 4th Street lying East of the East line of 5th Avenue, vacated 4th Avenue adjacent to Lots 6 through 15, Block 9 and Lots 1 through 8, Block 12 and vacated alleys lying in those parts of Blocks 9 and 12 above described, all being in the First Addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County, MInnesota. The West 300 feet of that part of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying East of the East line of vacated 4th Avenue in the plat of FIRST ADDITION TO NEW BRIGHTON and lying North of the Easterly extension of the South line of Lot 8, Block 12, First Addition to New Brighton, except the North 230 feet thereof. TRACT C (City of New Brighton) Vacated street and alley accruing and North 1/2 of Lot 1, Block 9, First Addition to New Brighton, Ramsey County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain, criteria can be met; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows:
