<br />!. <br /> <br />/~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87- 75 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND DENYING PRELIMINARY <br />PRD-49 AND PL-159 FOR LEIER ESTATES NO.2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for a preliminary PRO and plat <br />approval has been made by Gordon Hedlund; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. An application for preliminary PRO and plat approval <br />was filed with the City of New Brighton on May 29, <br />1987. <br /> <br />2. The Planning commission, pursuant to published and <br />mailed notices, held a public hearing on June 16, 1987, <br />and all persons present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />3. The City Council reviewed an application for <br />preliminary PRD-49 and PL-159 on June 23, 1987. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the <br />following Findings of Fact in respect to preliminary PRD-49 and <br />PL-159: <br /> <br />1. The applicant has not demonstrated Why the proposal is <br />in the public interest. <br /> <br />2. The proposal is not consistent with the intent of the <br />PRD ordinance to provide quality development. <br /> <br />3. The proposal does not incorporate zero-lot-line site <br />and building design features. <br /> <br />4.
