<br />l <br /> <br />'7/>i)r <br />-= I /I-'~' <br /> <br />'. <br />',' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87--21L- <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING PRD-48 AND PL-158 FOR <br />BRAMA'S 1ST ADDITION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for PRD-48 and PL-158 approval has been made by <br />Richard Brama; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />1. An application for was filed with the City of New Brighton on <br />May 1, 1987. <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, <br />held a public hearing on May 19, 1987, and all persons present at <br />the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />3. An application for a Plat and PRD was reviewed by the City Council <br />on May 26, 1987. <br /> <br />4. The Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />application for final approval of a Plat and PRO on June 16, 1987. <br /> <br />5. The City Council reviewed an application for Final Plat and PRD <br />approval on June 23, 1987. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following <br />Findings of Fact in respect to PRD-48 and PL-158: <br /> <br />1. The subject site is zoned R-3B, Multiple Family Residential. <br /> <br />2. The plat is consistent with the subdivision regulations contained <br />in Chapter 26 of the City Code. <br /> <br />3. The proposal is consistent with the stated purpose and principles of <br />the PRD provisions contained in Section 7-010. <br /> <br />4. The PRD is consistent with the existing zoning and goals of the City <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />5.
