<br />"' <br /> <br />"'" <br /> <br />.~..., <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING VN-252 (Generally located <br />just east of 2977 County Road H). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as application for a variance has been made by Lyle Bellis; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for a variance was filed with the City on <br />April 3, 1987. <br /> <br />2. That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed <br />notiees, held a public hearing on April 21, 1987, all persons <br />present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. <br />The public hearing was continued on May 19, 1987. <br /> <br />3. The application for a variance was reviewed by the City Council <br />on May 26, 1987. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the following <br />Findings of Fact are made in respect to VN-252: <br /> <br />1. That the property is zoned R-1, single family residential. <br /> <br />2. That the required lot width in an R-1 district is 7S feet. <br /> <br />3. That the applicant is requesting a 25 foot variance. <br /> <br />4. That the site is in an area that was originally platted prior to <br />present City subdivision and zoning ordinances being adopted. <br /> <br />5. The applicant has explored all reasonable possibility of <br />increasing the width of the subject lot. <br /> <br />6. The property is undevelopable without approval of the lot width <br />variance. <br /> <br />7. The applicant has demonstrated unique and unusual circumstances <br />and undue hardship for the variance request. <br /> <br />8. The subject lot exceeds 10,00 square feet in area. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that application VN-252 is and hereby <br />approved conditioned on: <br /> <br />1.
