<br />.... <br /> <br />._.~ <br /> <br />, C) <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />,.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88 -11 0 <br /> <br />L <br />,I <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOI'A <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGH'ION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF A PROPOSAL FOR A LIQUOR INVEN'IDRY SYSTEM <br /> <br />vfuereas, the City has determined that the benefits from a perpetual <br />inventory system are worth incoq.xJrating into the operation of the liquor <br />stores; <br /> <br />Whereas, the City is desirous of receiving proposals to either replace <br />the PC inventory system or replace both the PC and registers; <br /> <br />Whereas, the City has received a report from Chapel Consulting, Inc. <br />which sets forth the need for such a system; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. The City Nanager shall have prepared and will distribute specifici:ations, <br />to furnish the City with a perpetual inventory system. <br /> <br />2. The specifications shall be prepared and evaluated following the <br />guidelines contained in the report frou Chapel Consulting, Inc. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall be authorized to enter into an agreement with <br />Chapel Consulting, Inc. to provide such services as will be necessary to <br />prepare, distribute, and evaluate proposals and to assure the successful <br />conversion to the new system. The cost of this agree:rrent shall not exceed <br />$7,500. <br /> <br />4.
