<br />~ <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-59 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 6, FIRST <br />ADDITION TO NEW BRIGHTON. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate the <br />alley in Block 6, First Addition to New Brighton, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the vacation proceedings <br />is as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the four adjacent property owners requested the <br />vacation of the above described alley by their petition <br />of May 27, 1988. <br /> <br />2. The City Council, pursuant to published notice, held a <br />public hearing on June 14, 1988, to consider the <br />vacation. All persons present at the hearing were <br />given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the New Brighton city <br />council following Findings of Fact are made in respect to the <br />proposed vacation: <br /> <br />1. The alley is not improved. <br /> <br />2. The alley is not maintained. <br /> <br />3. There are public utilities located within the alley. <br /> <br />4. The alley serves no pUblic purpose other than public <br />utilities. <br /> <br />5.
