" <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />.'" .. <br /> <br />-'- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88- 10 <br />. - <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SETTING ELECTRICAL FEES AS AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 7 OF THE NEW <br />BRIGHTON CITY CODE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 7 of the New Brighton City Code ordains Electrical Fees <br />be specified by Council resolution. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton <br />effective February 1, 1988, electrical fees shall be as follows: <br /> <br />FEE <br /> <br />1. Minimum fee for each separate inspection of an instal- <br />lation, replacement, alteration or repair limited to one <br />inspection only. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . <br /> <br />$15.00 <br /> <br />2. Services, changes of service, temporary services, addi- <br />tions, alterations or repairs on either primary or <br />secondary services shall be computed separately: <br /> <br />o to 100 ampere capacity. . . . . . . . . . . . . <br />101 to and including 200 ampere capacity. . . . . <br />For each additional 100 ampere capacity or fraction <br /> <br />thereof. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . <br /> <br />$15.00 <br />$18.00 <br /> <br />$ 8.00 <br /> <br />3. Circuits, installations of, additions, alterations or <br />repairs of each circuit or sub-feeder shall be computed <br />separately, including circuits fed from sub-feeders and <br />including equipment served, except as provided for in <br />items (4) through (6): <br /> <br />o to and including 30 ampere capacity (maximum number of 9 <br />to 30 ampere circuits to be paid on is 30 to anyone <br /> <br />cabinet) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . <br /> <br />31 to and including 100 ampere capacity. . . . . . <br />For each additional 100 ampere capacity or faction <br /> <br />thereof. . .. ................. <br /> <br />$ 4.00 <br />$ 6.00 <br /> <br />$ 3.00 <br /> <br />4. Maximum fee on a single family dwelling shall not exceed <br />$60.00 if not over 200 ampere capacity. This includes <br />service, feeders, circuits, fixtures and equipment. The <br />maximum fee provides for not more than two rough-in <br />inspections and the final inspection per dwelling; <br />additional inspections at the re-inspection rate. <br /> <br />5. Maximum fee on an apartment building shall not exceed $30 <br />per dwelling unit for the first 20 units and $25 per <br />dwelling unit for the balance of the units. <br /> <br />6. Maximum number of 0 to 30 ampere circuits to be paid on <br />anyone athletic field lighting standard to 10. <br /> <br />7. In addition to the above fees: <br /> <br />a. A charge of $1.00 will be made for each street <br />lighting standard. <br />b. A charge of $2.00 will be made for each traffic signal <br />standard. Circuits originating within the standard <br />will not be used when computing fees. <br /> <br />8. In addition to the above fees, all transformers and <br />generators for light, heat and power shall be computed <br />separately at $5.00 per unit plus 25 cents per KVA up to <br />and including 100 KVA. 101 KVA and over at 20 cents per <br />KVA. The maximum fee for any transformer or generator in <br />this category is $50.00. <br />
