Additional benefits for both communities include shared training
expenses, resource materials, joint marketing, use of substitute lifeguards, and water
safety instructors at both sites. District #282 would have opportunity to offer a greater
selection of classes, times, and locations.

Pat Tuma, Program Supervisor, added that a full time aquatics supervisor will provide the
continuity needed to supervise the program. Another benefit is that both swimming pools
are located along Silver Lk.
