Fulton said there was an expense to <br />participate, and the League of Minnesota Cities noted interest in providing an alternative. <br /> <br />Motion by Samuelson, seconded by Hoffman, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION REQUESTING DISSOLUTION OF THE <br />MINNESOTA POLICE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Announcements and Updates <br /> <br />Staff is working through space needs issues particularly with the Public Safety <br />Department. Consideration of changes will be presented to Council at a future date. <br /> <br />Maurie Anderson, Park and Rec Director, will be retiring at the end ofthis year.
