(LIGHTING FOR <br />OFF-STREET PARKING LOTS) OF THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING <br />ORDINANCE. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Teague presented an amendment to the redevelopment agreement between Brighton East <br />Office Center (BEOC) and the City. During the construction ofthe Ken's Market portion, <br />block material was used instead of the required brick material per the agreement. Rather <br />than require BEOC to remove the block and replace it with brick, BEOC has agreed to <br />provide significant upgraded site landscaping. <br /> <br />The following landscape changes are proposed: Ginko trees replaced with Super Form <br />Maple Trees, Dart's Red Spirea replaced with Gold Flame Spirea, concrete pavers <br />replaced with tinted concrete, elimination of one Super Form Maple, wooden trash <br />enclosure, easement for future City access, landscaping at the corner of Cleveland and Co. <br />Rd. D, and installation of sidewalk along Co. Rd.
