The work consists of pulling the well <br />pumps, inspecting, and replacing worn parts. They awarded Ferguson and Caswell <br />Drilling the contract for Well #10; and Keys Well Drilling was awarded the contract for <br />Well #14. Staff requests authorization for expenditures up to $25,000 per well. If costs <br />go above $25,000, further Council consideration will be requested. The costs associated <br />with Well #14 would be paid from the U.S. Army Water Settlement Fund.
