OFF-STREET PARKING STALLS MUST BE STRIPED WITH WHITE OR Resolution 98-113 <br /> YELLOW PAINTED LINES, NOT LESS THAN FOUR (4) INCHES WIDE. <br /> 5. APPLICANT MEETS WITH THE CITY FORESTER TO DISCUSS TREE <br /> SPECIES AND VARIETIES THAT ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE AREA. <br /> 6. THE DRIVE AISLES LEADING INTO THE UNDERGROUND PARKING <br /> LOT MUST BE WIDENED TO 24 FEET TO COMPLY WITH THE CITY'S <br />I MINIMUM REQUIREMENT. <br />10. SECURITY LIGHTING IN THE PARKING LOTS MUST BE INSTALLED <br /> SO NO DIRECT LIGHT IS DETECTABLE FROM ANY LOT LINE ON <br /> THE SITE. <br /> 11. CANOPY LIGHTING FOR THE CONVENIENCE STORE MUST BE <br /> RECESSED INTO THE CANOPY SO AS NOT TO BE VISIBLE FROM <br /> ADJACENT PROPERTIES. <br /> 12. THE CAR WASH EXIT DOOR MUST BE CLOSED DURING <br /> OPERATION OF THE CAR WASH, AND MAY NOT BE OPENED UNTIL <br /> ALL CAR WASH MACHINERY, ESPECIALLY THE BLOWERS, ARE <br /> TURNED OFF. <br /> 13. ALL STREETS AND PARKING AREAS WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT <br /> WILL BE PRIVATE AND MAINTAINED BY THE OWNER. COUNTY <br /> ROAD E2 EXTENSION WILL BE MAINTAINED BY THE CITY FROM <br /> 5TH A VENUE NW TO THE WEST AT THE END OF THE CUL-DE-SAC. <br /> 14. A 20-FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT, CENTERED ON THE <br /> WATERMAIN, MUST BE PLACED OVER THE EXISTING WATERMAIN <br /> WITHIN 6TH STREET NW. <br /> 15. THE W A TERMAIN WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT SHOULD BE <br /> LOOPED IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN GOOD WATER QUALITY AND <br /> ADEQUATE WATER FOR FIRE PROTECTION. <br /> 16. ALL UTILITIES WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT WILL BE PRIVATE <br />I AND MAINTAINED BY OWNER WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE <br /> EXISTING 12-INCH WATERMAIN IN 6TH STREET NW. <br />17. FIRE HYDRANTS MUST BE PLACED NEAR THE MIDPOINT OF <br /> COUNTY ROAD E2 EXTENSION (NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD) AND <br /> NEAR THE MIDPOINT OF FUTURE 6TH STREET EXTENSION (SOUTH <br /> SIDE OF THE STREET).
