CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL TO WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED <br />SETTLEMENT LANGUAGE REGARDING THE STARKS VS. <br />MINNEAPOLIS POLICE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM LAWSUIT AND <br />AUTHORIZING PAYMENT THEREOF BY THE CITY OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON FOR THE PRO-RATED SETTLEMENT SHARE OF $399. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Public Hearin~ <br /> <br />City Planner Cary Teague presented a request for a simple plat to divide Lot 2, Block 1 <br />of Rice Creek Plaza, 2700 Rice Crk. Rd., into two lots. Its purpose is to create separate <br />parcels of record for the future Meadow Wood Shores Senior Housing facility and the <br />remodeled Snyder's portion of the Rice Creek Shopping Center. This lot split was <br />anticipated as part of the development proposals, but was not formally requested.
