Motion carried, <br /> <br />Community Development Director Kevin Locke reported that as a housekeeping item, it <br />would be necessary to adopt a resolution clarifying the extension of the duration of Tax <br />Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-10 and Nos. 12-15. <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Hoffman, TO WAIVE TIlE READING AND APPROVE A <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIlE EXPECTED DURATIONS OF TAX INCREMENT fiNANCING <br />DISTRICTS NOS. 1-10 AND Nos.12-15. <br /> <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Benke, with Council consent, moved Councilmember Hoffman from a citizen <br />member to Council status on the Economic Development Commission and recommended <br />seeking a citizen replacement for her. <br /> <br />Mayor Benke, with Council consent, appointed Councilmember Larson as Council <br />Representative to the Planning Commission, <br /> <br />Mayor Benke, with Council consent, appointed Councilmember Hoffman as Alternate <br />Delegate to the Ramsey County League of Local Government and Councilmember <br />Samuelson as Delegate to the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Hoffman TO APPROVE THE APPOINTMENTS MADE BY <br />MAYOR BENKE. <br /> <br />5 Ayes, 0 Nayes, Motion carried, <br /> <br />Announcements and Updates <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Samuelson TO SEND A LEITER OF <br />CONGRATULATIONS TO FORMER COUNCILMEMBER DUFFY MOEN AND MRs.
