Bruce Patterson, Kennedy and Graven, confirmed that the
bond allocation would be valid if Donatelle decided to build in another municipality.
However, an agreement would be needed between New Brighton and the chosen
municipality to complete the transaction.

Gunderman asked for an update on the cleanup process. Locke is confident that site
cleanup will be completed by September in order for Donatelle to begin construction.
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Environmental Protection Agency held a
public hearing to review the cleanup process. Locke believes the City will deliver the
site to Donatelle on September 10, 1997.
