<br />Resolution No. <br />06-061 <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br /> <br />A esolution to formally establish an Absentee Ballot Board. <br /> <br />reas, the Ramsey County Office of Elections has recommended that the City use an Absentee Ballot <br />d during the even year elections. <br /> <br /> <br />reas, the Board will consist of current City personnel, two employees from the Administration <br />artment and one employee from the Finance Department. They will be trained to accept or reject the <br />ntee ballots as received from the mail.
