The <br />subdivision complies with standards and will have minimal impact on nearby parcels. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Samuelson, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> <br />3 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Hearing was closed at 7:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Samuelson, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION APPROVING PL-229. <br /> <br />3 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Public Hearing - Second St. NW Vacation - 7:37-7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />Mattila presented a proposal to vacate a portion of the 2nd St. NW ROW which lies on <br />the northerly portion of Brighton Corporate Park II. The ROW is left over from when <br />2nd St. served several homes, and now no longer serves a public purpose and is <br />impeding the development of Lot 1. The developer has an early right of entry <br />agreement with the City to begin grading. However, the ROW must be vacated before <br />transfer of the property.
