<br />- ~'"':; <br /> <br />.; <br /> <br />'It <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING PRELIMINARY PRD-48 AND <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT PL-158 FOR BRAMA'S 1ST ADDITION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for preliminary PRD-48 and preliminary Plat <br />PL-158 approval has been made by Richard Brama; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />1. An application for was filed with the City of New Brighton on <br />May 1, 1987. <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, <br />held a public hearing on May 19, 1987, and all persons present at <br />the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />3. An application for a Preliminary Plat and PRD was reviewed by the <br />City Council on May 26, 1987. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following <br />Findings of Fact in respect to PRD-48 and PL-158: <br /> <br />1. The subject site is zoned R-3B, Multiple Family Residential. <br /> <br />2. The preliminary plat is consistent with the subdivision regulations: <br />contained in Chapter 26 of the City Code. <br /> <br />3. The proposal is consistent with the stated purpose and principles o~ <br />the PRD provisions contained in Section 7-010. <br /> <br />4. The PRD is consistent with the existing zoning and goals of the City <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />5. The proposed development would serve to establish a tier effect of <br />land use intensity from the commercial district north of 10th Street <br />NW to the single family lots south of the subject lot. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the application PRD-48 and PL-158 is hereby <br />approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. All grading and drainage plans be subject to approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />2.
