Council Member Bauman stated she requested the budget process start earlier in
the year.
A:>uncil Member Hoffman addressed the earlier comment about a "split council." It
~s her rmderstanding that the decision to conduct a resident SUIVey was unified.
Council Member Doffmg requested a question be added to the SUIVey, relating to
the Councils responsibility to prioritize areas over others areas when it comes to a
budget deficit and what do you think those areas should be?
Rick Moses-2049 29th Ave NW felt the survey was misleading, and requires editing.
Mr. Moses stated it was his feeling that the City has a spending problem, has
for quite some time. He asked Mayor Larson and Ms. Troha to keep
under control, SUIVey or no sruvey.
