<br />(;" ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-50 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING TAX FORFEITED LAND AS NON-CONSERVATION <br /> <br />Whereas, the northeast corner of Long Lake has gone tax <br />forfeited; <br /> <br />Whereas, this parcel is described as: <br /> <br />Unplatted lands - Township 30, Range 23 <br /> <br />PIN 17-30-23-32-0039 <br /> <br />Part of the north one-half of the southwest quarter, <br />southerly of the railway right-of-way and (except <br />the west 251 feet and except the east 80 feet of <br />the west 331 feet lying north of the lake); also, <br />(except the park and Lakebrook Estates and Lakebrook <br />Estates 2nd), in Section 17, Township 30, Range 23 <br /> <br />Whereas, to make this parcel available for sale, the <br />City must declare the property as non-conservation; <br /> <br />Now, therefore be it resolved that: <br /> <br />1. The aforementioned parcel is deemed as non-conservation <br />and is hereby so declared. <br /> <br />2.
