Planning Commission fmds the special use standards of Section 8-130 are <br />satisfied. <br /> <br />No , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the application SP2006-011 is hereby approved <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a. The applicant may hold one sale event in the spring and one sale <br />event in the fall per calendar year, <br />b. The date of the vehicle sale events must be submitted and <br />approved by City Staff at least 90 days in advance of the event and <br />must be held on a Saturday or Sunday, <br />c. The sales may only be conducted between the hours of 8:00am and <br />4:30pm, <br />d. No more than 175 vehicles may be displayed for sale, <br />e. Vehicles for sale must be removed from the property no later than <br />6:30pm on the day of the sale, <br />f. The Director of Public Safety shall review and approve of each <br />sale event and any traffic safety measure deemed necessary by the <br />Director shall be implemented, and <br />g.
