Taylor has advised the City that <br />he is and will be proceeding with Phases II and III <br />of the Rush Lake Business Center, that he has obtained <br />a commitment for construction financing for Phase I I <br />from the First Wisconsin National Bank, Milwaukee, <br />Wisconsin, and that he believes that an extension of <br />the above-mentioned Conversion Dates is desirable and <br />appropriate to allow the completion of Phases II and <br />III. <br /> <br />2. Approval of Amendment to Loan Agreements. The City <br />Counci 1 hereby approves the amendment of Section 3.3 (a) of the <br />above-mentioned Loan Agreements substantially in the form attached <br />to and made a part of this resolution as Exhibit A, with such <br />modifications or amendments thereof as the officers of the City <br />executing the same, upon the prior approval of O'Connor & Hannan, <br />shall approve, as evidenced by their signature thereof.
