That on July 7~ 1986, a sign permit was issued by the <br />City in violation ox the Rice Creek Shopping Center Sign <br />Plan; the "Hair It Is" sign~ comprised of individual <br />letters~ WaS subsequently constructed on the new mansard <br />roo% along the east side 0% the LNR Properties building. <br /> <br />',i <br /> <br />9. That the applicant has proposed a new sign plan for the <br />LNR Properties building which would allow for signage of <br />the same design as the "Hair It Is" sign currently <br />constructed on the building~s new mansard. <br /> <br />, ' <br /> <br />,; 10.
