<br />was stated that mariYP4ulswere submitted to the plarming commission, and the
<br />proposed site plan was the recommendation of the planning commission.
<br />It was explained that approval of the resolution is conditional, because County Rd.
<br />E2 is a County road, and depending on future developments, requirements could
<br />.change.

<br />approve the Special use Permit subject to construction of the drive-thru lane in
<br />accordance with the plan and subject to the following conditions:
